Evening Skincare Routine with NeoGenesis + Sculplla

Evening Skincare Routine with NeoGenesis + Sculplla

The evening routine I follow is slightly different than my morning skincare routine. I tend to have more time in the evening to use devices (i.e. TMP, LED, Clareblend Mini, Anma) so that’s when I’ll use them. It’s relaxing to do a light massage with the Anma or Mini while watching TV. I also do a heavy application of CaviPLLA. This is called a “sleeping mask” because it is left on. Read on to learn more and download the PDF at the end of the article.

Cleanse skin using your favorite CBE or NeoGenesis Cleanser. TIP: Most use too much product. The high-quality products purchased at Christine Byer Esthetics contain rich formulas requiring less product to be effective.

Wet face and hands first, dispense about a nickel’s worth of product in one palm and rub hands together to mix the product with the water remaining on your hands. Then gently massage the face. Rinse with lukewarm (NEVER HOT) water and repeat these steps one more time. The first time gets surface debris, second wash for a deep cleanse.

If you are using LED, it should be used on clean skin. Now would be a good time to do an LED treatment. If your skin begins to look dull and flat from overuse of LED, simply back off and skip a day or two in between LED treatments.

Leave the skin slightly moist after cleansing, apply 4 – 6 drops of NeoGenesis Recovery dotting forehead, cheeks, and chin. Gently massage in face, neck, and décolleté. The skin should still be slightly damp if you left enough water on your face. Wait until it has completely absorbed (1 – 2 minutes) before moving on to serums and moisturizers.

While NeoGenesis Recovery is absorbing, apply one droplet of NeoGenesis Eye Serum to ring finger and then evenly distribute between the other ring finger and gently pat eye serum around the eye, including the eyelid. Patting prevents stretching the delicate skin in this area. Pat thoroughly and let it absorb. TIP: If you dispense too much, you could apply excess over the lip area.

If the Time Master Pro Ultrasound or Clareblend Mini Microcurrent is part of your daily regimen, you could perform a treatment now. Always use the Time Master Pro before a Clareblend Mini Microcurrent treatment. Doing otherwise would undo the lift you just created with the Mini. Watch this video to learn how to use the Time Master Pro. Watch this video to learn how to use the Clareblend Mini Microcurrent.

For those using CaviPLLA Multi-Serum, using it as nighttime (leave-on) sleeping mask to wake up to plumped skin, apply 5 – 6 pumps to finger area of the hand and using a gentle smoothing movement lay it on the skin without rubbing it in. Comparable movements of icing a cake. Place in the area(s) you want to plump. Laying it onto the skin, without rubbing it in, will allow the foaming action to occur. Wait 1 -2 minutes while the foaming action takes place, then gently rub the product into the skin. If you do not want to apply CaviPLLA as a sleeping mask and want a regular application, simply use 3 – 4 pumps.

After allowing the CaviPLLA to fully absorb into the skin, apply a thin layer (nickel size) of Sculplla H2 Cell Repair Cream to the face, neck, and décolleté.

Apply any other serums you may be using. Follow with your favorite NeoGenesis Moisturizer.

NOTE: Serums first, then moisturizer as the serums will make the moisturizer even more effective and serums are concentrated formulas respective to the kind of serum it is. While some help with moisture, a moisturizer should still be used. The exception is an encapsulated retinol should always go on as the last serum.

Apply 2-3 Pumps of Sleep On It Vegan Retinol Serum to reduce fine lines, age spots/skin discoloration, blemishes, increase skin cell turnover and improve the overall quality of the epidermis with regular PM use. Avoiding placing in the creases at the nose and avoid eyes.

Spritz the face lightly holding bottle 6 – 8 inches from the face with 1 – 2 pumps of Sculplla Stem Cell Mist and air dry or a great finish.

HELP! I Hate the Wrinkles Around My Mouth.

September 15, 2021

Wrinkles around the central lip area are called vertical rhytids and we all hate them, right! They can be very difficult to fix. Even with a facelift, it only pulls this area laterally and the dissection does not and cannot extend into the lip area.

But don't lose hope! We have options.

10 Tips to Improve the Neck and Décolleté

September 08, 2021

Let's just say it. Aging isn't for the faint of heart. Therefore, it's important to keep it all in perspective. There will be some things about our appearance that we can improve with some hard work and dedication. There will be some things we can pay a doctor to fix (and then maintain with a consistent skincare routine). There'll be some things we cannot do anything about. I'll never be 5'8" or have the body of a runway model and I'll never be 25 again.

I'm going to share some things we can do to improve the neck and décolleté with a little bit of hard work and dedication.

A Non-Surgical Approach to Saggy Jowls
A Non-Surgical Approach to Saggy Jowls

September 01, 2021

When you look in the mirror and you see excess skin & folds forming from the cheeks to the jawline, you are seeing saggy jowls. When collagen and elastin becomes depleted, sagging skin is the result.

And that's not all. Things like repeated facial expressions, weight loss, sun exposure, smoking, and even the over use of computers or phones creating “tech neck” accentuate sagging in the jowl area.
