A good routine for broken capillaries at home would look like this. In addition to the preventative steps above, apply NeoGenesis Recovery faithfully twice daily to restore skin to a healthier state. Plan on 8 - 10 weeks of use to see substantial results. Longer for more damaged skin.
Use Triple C + Gold twice daily to boost the effectiveness of your collagen boosting products containing PLLA (CaviPLLA Multi-Serum + PLLA Cell Repair Moisturizer). Apply them prior to applying a moisturizer.
Eat plenty of foods with high vitamin K such as green leafy vegetables like kale, collard greens, broccoli, spinach, cabbage, and lettuce.
Use Red LED to break up the pooling affect. This will require using Red LED 10 minutes daily consistently for at least 12 weeks, but I have seen this collapse and reabsorb the smaller broken capillaries.
If your cheeks flush, use the Anma with a gentle sweeping movement (from the nose out to the ears) to break up blood pooling and drain lymph in this area.
