I already use a microcurrent device. Will they overlap?

Is it hard to use?
No. You put on the conducting gel, glide the wand in slow circles, and move to a new spot each time the timer beeps. Ten minutes, twice a week. Your guide walks you through everything, zone by zone.
Does it hurt?
You will feel the EMS as a tingle, and the newest version is stronger than the original. Start on level one and work up to what feels comfortable. The warmth is slight.
