3 Tips to Anti-Age the Eyes

There is so much more going on in the eye area than you realize. For example...

Did you know the frontalis muscles are a pair of vertically oriented muscles in the forehead that lift the eyebrows? When you lift the brows, you also lift the eyelids.

Did you know you the muscles you use when you squint contribute to crows feet? Why? Because repetitive eye movements cause fascia to get stuck.

Did you know the puffiness you see around the eyes can be from a number of things? It can happen from lack of sleep, too much sodium, food allergies, genetic tendencies, and so forth. But the bottom line is, it's most often lymphatic drainage that is not draining properly. 

All of these things can age the eye area.

What can we do? 

  1. Lift the brows. Use microcurrent to lift brows, which in turn lifts droopy lids. Plus, microcurrent stimulates collagen production.
  2. Release fascia. Use facial massage with gua sha correctly.
  3. Drain stuck lymph. Use technology to depuff the eyes.

When we apply these steps, prior to applying eye care products, we will get significantly improved results.
