I get asked all the time about my morning routine. Here’s the routine I follow because NeoGenesis and HOP (formerly Sculplla) are ALWAYS the foundation of what I do. Sometimes I add in a step if I’m trying something new or healing from a treatment but this is my go-to skincare routine.
Cleanse skin using your favorite CBE or NeoGenesis Cleanser. TIP: Most use too much product. The high-quality products purchased at Christine Byer Esthetics contain rich formulas requiring less product to be effective.
Wet face and hands first, dispense about a nickel’s worth of product in one palm and rub hands together. Then gently massage the face. Rinse and repeat one more time. The first time gets surface debris, second wash for a deep cleanse.
Leave the skin slightly moist after cleansing, apply 4 – 6 drops of NeoGenesis Recovery dotting forehead, cheeks, and chin. Gently massage in face, neck, and décolleté. The skin should still be slightly damp if you left enough water on your face. Wait until it has completely absorbed (1 – 2 minutes) before moving on to serums and moisturizers.
While NeoGenesis Recovery is absorbing, apply one droplet of NeoGenesis Eye Serum to ring finger and then evenly distribute between the other ring finger and gently glide serum around the eye, including the eyelid. Be gentle with the delicate skin in this area. Pat until it feels like it is absorbed. TIP: You can apply excess over lip area.
For those using CaviPLLA Multi-Serum to plump wrinkles and boost collagen, apply 3 – 4 pumps of Caviplla into your hand and using a gentle smoothing movement lay it on the skin without rubbing it in. Place in the area(s) you want to plump. Laying it down onto the skin, without rubbing it in, will allow the foaming action to occur. Wait for 1 -2 minutes while the foaming action takes place, then gently rub the product into the skin.
After allowing the CaviPLLA to fully absorb into the skin, apply any other serums you may be using. Follow with your favorite NeoGenesis Moisturizer or HOP H2 Cell Repair Moisturizer to the face, neck, and décolleté.
NOTE: Serums first, then moisturizer. Serums are concentrated formulas respective to the kind of serum it is. While some help with moisture, a moisturizer should still be used. Serums will make the moisturizer even more effective.
Apply a VERY thin layer of HOP Sun Cushion SPF 50 protection. Pat this product into place, do not rub for best results. If you look chalky, you have used too much. Sun Cushion provides some foundation-like coverage. You can wear Sun Cushion alone OR on top of foundation. It is a matter of preference and depends on what works best for your coverage needs and your foundation formula.
Spritz the face lightly holding bottle 6 – 8 inches from the face with 1 – 2 pumps of Pilleo Stem Cell Mist and air dry for a great finish – and you can re-spritz throughout the day!
