HOUSE OF PLLA® HOP+ All Mineral Multi-Protection Face & Body Sunscreen

I love this sunscreen. It leaves skin feeling very moisturized and it doesn’t take much product.

This is so easy to apply and feel really protected.

Living in Tucson is not for those easily wilted by the sun but this All Mineral Multi-Protection Face & Body Sunscreen is the BEST!

Between walking, gardening, hiking and just enjoying our incredible weather, I am outdoors A LOT. And, while not the official shoe of AZ, sandals are standard equipment. My poor piggies; they had gotten so dark that even after truly dedicated scrubbing they still looked like they may fall off. Two weeks with this sunscreen and while they are still a bit tanned, they look like my toes again.

Now to the hacks:
1. WITH THE CAP ON shake, massage, knead, mash up this stuff good. The first time I used it I must have lost a couple of tablespoons of the clear liquid onto my lap, but once mixed it works really well.

2. Massage it in! We all benefit from facial massage, well this stuff works better the more it is massaged in. So, right after you apply this, give that area a good quick massage; you will thank me for it later. (this rubs away the white of the creme)

3. CBE for the WIN. Since this has such great staying power, clean up can be a challenge, but I have discovered that the CBE Just Say Ahh and Scrub Away The Day both work quickly to whisk the sunscreen and all the dust and grim from the day down the drain.

4. Not Just For Your Face. Thankfully this comes from a good company with great skincare as a standard. I lather this onto my sun damaged arms and chest as well, every day.

Combined with CBE cleansers and this stuff is the BOMB!

I have mixed feelings about this sunscreen. I love that it has PLLA so it is actually working to better my skin while also protecting it from the sun. You MUST shake it up like crazy prior to squeezing the tube. I had to send back the first tube I received because I didn’t know that it needed to be shaken up. I squeezed the tube & sent all the good PLLA liquid flying down my sink drain. I emailed about it & they promptly refunded me and credited my money. Purchased another, shook it like crazy and now the sunscreen has a lovely creamy consistency that starts off white but melts beautifully clear into my face/neck. Just wish it wasn’t so pricey.
