Precautions Before Using RF:
- Avoid using on areas where hyaluronic acid or collagen injections were done within the past 6 months.
- Do not use on areas treated with artificial fillers like silicone.
- Do not use directly on the mobile eye lid.
- Avoid use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have a pacemaker installed.
- Remove all metal objects before starting treatment.
- Clean the treatment areas thoroughly before use.
Precautions After Using RF:
- It’s normal for skin to feel dry after treatment—be sure to moisturize and avoid sun exposure.
- Do not wash treated areas with hot water; use warm water no hotter than body temperature.
- For best results, apply an eye cream daily.
Charging
Before charging, please make sure the charging slot and charging cable are dry and free of moisture and skincare products. Do not charge the device where it may be submerged in water. Do not use the instrument while charging and the charging time should not exceed 24 hours. Unplug the base when not charging. Fully charge the device at least every 2 months to preserve battery life.
Use the USB charging cable to connect to the computer for charging: turn on the computer, connect the USB charging cable to the USB port of the computer and the USB charging slot of the charger, place the device on top of the charger and start charging.
Charging with an adapter (not included): Connect the USB charging cable to the USB port of an adapter and the USB charging side of the charger respectively, place the instrument on top of the charger and start charging.
Note: The indicator light is flashing when charging, and the light it always ON when fully charged.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Make sure the device is powered ‘off’ before cleaning
- When cleaning the device, wipe it with a dry cloth only. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleanser or corrosive liquids such as alcohol or acetone. You can use alcohol free wet wipes to remove residue from the massage probe.
- Thoroughly clean the device and massage probe after each use to ensure optimal performance.
- Never rinse the device or charger under water or submerge in water.
- Make sure all parts are dry before reconnecting the charging cable.
Safety Cautions
- This device/appliance is for skin care only, do NOT use for any other purpose. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Please follow the operation instructions and shorten time for initial use or if you have sensitive skin.
- Do NOT use the device while charging.
- Do NOT let the device stay on any point of contact for more than 3 seconds in order to avoid burning.
- Do NOT wash the device or immerse the unit into water or any other liquids, clean with wet cloth or cotton swab after treatment.
- If skin feels uncomfortable or allergic reaction occurs, stop using and consult a doctor if necessary.
- The appliance is NOT to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
- Pregnant or lactating women are advised not to use the device.
- Do not use the device if it is visibly damaged and do not attempt to disassemble or repair it.
- The device and battery are to be disposed of safely.
