WARRANTIES 

CLAREBLEND MINI MICROCURRENT HAS A SIX (6) MONTH WARRANTY

The Clareblend Mini Microcurrent may be returned for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s six-month, limited warranty. Only registered warranties are honored for the repair/replace policy. Register upon receipt of your order:  https://www.clareblendmini.com/warranty-submission

The Clareblend website is not owned or operated by Seller (Christine Byer Esthetics). Please report any issues with the website to Clareblend at staff@clareblend.com.

To initiate a repair/replace request, Shopper must email Seller at support@christinebyer.com with a description of the issue and attach a picture and/or video demonstrating the warranty claim. Seller will troubleshoot and/or proceed with next steps.

Many times Seller can help without returning the device. If Seller cannot solve the issue through troubleshooting, Seller will submit your video, along with an explanation of the issues, to our Clareblend representative to get an RMA.

Shopper will receive the RMA and return shipping instructions via email. Once received, item will be repaired, or replaced within 7 - 10 business days.

If your Clareblend Mini Microcurrent is past the warranty date, Seller will help Shopper return it to the proper location for repair at the then current repair charge. The cost of repairing at the time of this update is $79. Shopper is responsible for repair and shipping costs if device is past warranty date.

GLOW YOUNGER LED: ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Seller warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.

During the warranty period, Seller will replace the defective device via an approved exchange. Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

Shopper must send an email to support@christinebyer.com describing defect and provide validation of claim in video or pictures. Upon receipt of an approved return, Seller will send an exchange within 48 - 72 hours of receipt of return during normal business hours.

Warranty does not cover shopper abuse such as scratches, cracks, dropping, breakage, or failing to operate as instructed, or damage from water or products getting into the device or damage to cord from misuse or abuse.

TIME MASTER PRO (TMP): ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

Seller warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.

During the warranty period, Seller will replace the defective device via an approved exchange. Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

TMP WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from using the device in a way it was not intended, 
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect use, inadequate maintenance or improper care,
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents which includes scratches, cracks from dropping, breakage from rough, handling, or damage from submerging in water or products getting into the device or damage to cord from improper cleaning, misuse or abuse,
  • Normal wear and tear over an extended period of time,
  • Damages incurred during installation battery or maintenance of adapter.

TMP CLAIM PROCEDURES:

  • Claims for missing parts must be made within 24 HOURS after the merchandise is received.
  • It is Sellers policy to replace warranty claims whenever possible. 
  • Refunds are processed via Store Credit ONLY.
  • Picture and video is required to claim defective merchandise. If the claim is approved, the item(s) or part(s) will be replaced.
  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from delivery date.
  • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging and include all parts including the screwdriver and the adapter.
  • We reserve the right to inspect item before shipping a replacement or issuing a store credit. Should we find it in working order, we will return the device and will not send a replacement or offer Store Credit.

The Curve Face & Body, Eye Rejuvenator Microcurrent, Ultrasonic Spatula, GLO Brush, and Microdermabrasion: TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

Seller warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date.

During the warranty period, Seller may elect to repair or replace the defective device via the exchange approval process. Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

  • Claims for missing parts must be made within 24 HOURS after the merchandise is received.
  • It is Sellers's policy to replace warranty claims whenever possible. 
  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit.
  • Pictures and/or video is required to validate claim defective merchandise. If the claim is approved, the item(s) or part(s) will be replaced.
  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 2 years from product order date. 
  • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging and include charging cord.
  • We reserve the right to inspect item before shipping a replacement or issuing a store credit. Should we find it in working order, we will return the device and will not send a replacement or offer Store Credit.

What does the warranty not cover?

  • A device that has not been properly commissioned or used in accordance with the instructions for use.
  • A device that has been used or handled in a manner advised against or warned against in the instructions for use such as failing to use a water-based conducting gel, using the device while it was plugged in and charging, using more than the recommended use shortening the life of the device and the battery.
  • A device has been improperly treated or maintained, in particular by means or methods that cause physical or superficial damage (e.g., to LCD displays) using harsh chemicals or abrasive to clean the device.
  • A change in the serial number on the device, deleted, removed or made unreadable.
  • A device in which repairs, adjustments or changes to the equipment are made by persons or companies who are not authorized to do so by manufacturer. 
  • Damage caused by external sources (lightning, water, fire, etc.) or by improper handling - dropping the device.
  • The unit has a low work efficiency because cords or accessories were used that were not made by the manufacturer. 
  • Autonomous, improper transport (e.g., with inappropriate packaging) has caused damage or the device has suffered fall damage.
  • Soiling such as a large amount of uncleaned conducting product, dust, dirt, or nicotine deposits in displays, light diodes, etc. is affecting the functionality of the device.

The Anma does not come with a warranty and is an as-is purchase. It is covered by the 30-Day Return Policy for Store Credit if dissatisfied with device during this period of time. 

The Skin Wand Pro warranty is for 14 days and it only covers defective product. The unused item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
